- Direct partner
- The partner whose link or code the customer used. Earns 6%.
- Finder
- The first person who brought the customer to MAT, recorded at sign-up. Earns 2% for as long as the customer pays. No code used? The finder also earns the 6%.
- Effort pool
- 2% of every referred payment, shared every month by every active partner's effort.
Empty slots come to you. If nobody else found your friend first, the finder 2% is yours too. That is why, on your own, you earn 8% plus your pool share. You never earn on the people your friends bring, and nobody earns on yours.

- Self-dealing, refunded sales and fake or removed content score 0.

Fair play
Simple rules that protect every partner.
- A referral only counts when it is really someone else: not the same wallet or card, the same device or the same email identity.
- Families and offices often share one internet connection. That is fine; at most we take a quick look.
- Only settled payments count. Codes posted on coupon sites lose their rate.
- Talk about what MAT is: software, data, education and tools. Never promise profits or trading results.

How long do I earn on a referral?
On every payment they make, lifetime or until the referral cancels his plan or refunds.
When and how am I paid?
Monthly, in USDT or USDC to your own wallet, from $20 and with no upper limit, after each fee's 30-day hold. Or as MAT credit worth 1.2x.
Do I earn on the people my friends bring?
No. You earn on the customers you bring yourself: 6% when they use your link or code, plus 2% as their finder. Nobody earns on the people you bring either. Nothing is ever paid for recruiting partners.
What can I say when I share MAT?
Talk about the product: software, data, education and tools, and what you like about them. Never promise profits, income or trading results.
What about taxes?
Partner fees can be taxable where you live, and you handle your own taxes. MAT does not give tax advice.
